Foam: Manufacturer's warranty - 5 years from date of purchase.
Cover: Manufacturer's warranty - 2 years from date of purchase.
All flexible polyurethane foam will exhibit some physical change with normal use.
This warranty applies to faulty material and workmanship.
In the event of a warranty claim the user or carer must provide proof of purchase and complete a warranty form which will be made available upon request. A product inspection will be arranged on site by an authorised ikan®sleep company representative. If in the opinion of the authorised representative any product is found to be defective within the warranty period, arrangements will be made to repair or replace the defective product.
